I use it everyday for quick notes, jotting down phone numbers Etc. much quicker than typing a note.
This is one of the best apps on my phone. Every grocery list my wife gives me goes on here. So quick and easy to use for any quick list.
Brilliant App. Ideal for scribbling quick notes - quicker than typing. But i wasnt happy with the latest update- it combined a number of categories i had and made a mess of my data.
After using UYH for a day, I deleted all other lists apps. This is the one i like the best.
This app keeps all my thoughts and ideas in one place, easy to input and recall when needed. Absolutely necessary and brilliant!
Solid app. Easy to use. Lists in lists is great. I really like writing instead of touching the tiny keyboard. Colours of ink are bright. Ability to flash. Definitely would recommend and have.
Some bad moments
Doesnt synch properly 2/3 rds of the time which makes it useless and all those having purchased the paid version should simply request a refund.
And the desktop version is simply embarassing.
I create mobile apps for a living so dont take this for some rant.

I rarely write reviews, but I find myself compelled to make an exception in this case.
For several years, UYH has been my favourite note-taking app. Following the most recent update, I attempted to wait & see whether I would get accustomed to the newest version. Unfortunately, I cannot stomach it: it’s dreadful!
The previously excellent range of writing colours has been severely cut down, erasing/editing while writing apparently disappeared, the gestures have changed, the app is draggy, glitches abound, & the tutorial is *unbelievably annoying*. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen an app so thoroughly butchered by an update.
At least bring back the colours & erasing features — updates should increase an app’s usability, not undermine it.
So... after purchasing both versions of this app, not only does it trash ALL THE NOTES EVER ENTERED INTO IT via updates, but it now insists that I must *BUY* an account with them just to use the app.
UYH... you can GFY.
Edit-- You get a star for making me laugh with the $12 regular price.
Glad this was free today instead of $11.99. I just dont see why anyone would use this. Who wants to write on the screen when you can type. Maybe Im missing something but I just see no use for this app.
One of the things I loved about this app was the many shades of beautiful colors. Now there are only a few colors. This is one of the reasons why I ordered the app. Please return this feature or at least make it an option for further purchase.
NOTE ON LATEST UPDATE:
Have tried to install update for days but it just hangs and wont complete or allow me to delete & reinstall leaving the app in unusable limbo. Will return 5-star rating when this is fixed.
Other than the problem noted above which may not be a widespread issue, my previous review is:
Excellent way to manage quick lists. Fast, fun & the sync feature is great so you can update from iPad or iPhone. As a long time list-maker, this is the closest thing to jotting down your thoughts, to do list or whatever with the added benefits of being able to reorder, save common lists & sync between devices. As an another benefit, it looks nice too :-) with a stylus on my iPad, my handwriting has not looked this good in years. I have had no problems with the app on iPhone 4, 5, 6 or iPad 2 mentioned in some other reviews.
